Clean, comfy and affordable

I stayed for a night in a beautiful queen room and it was super clean and cozy. The bed was really comfy, and I felt totally safe being by myself. The bar area was nice too, perfect for a quick drink. It took forever to get to my floor.

Comfortable beds

Location, the hotel is a little hard to get to from one direction. But once I learned the best route no problems.

(1) poor lighting in the bathroom, (2) pillows way too soft, (3) internet connection poor ,

It was in the central location, had consistently courteous staff that provided services.

The price I wish u had a per hour rate

My friend and I enjoyed our stay there, the beds were so comfortable, I LOVE the pillows, the room set up and decoration is nice, everything was spotless, we stayed for 3 nights and needed the shuttle to metro station which was always on time. Breakfast buffet was delicious, staff at restaurant were so kind and attentive, went out of their way to provide a chamomile tea for me. No issues whatsoever! Thank you.

Little messy on the lobby but then again lots of people there, t.v. signal lost during 2 nights of our stay, and WiFi signal was so poor we couldn't use our electronics when needed.

This location was convenient and accessible to the venue for my cousins wedding. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

There are beautiful parks like Lake Accotink Park and Springfield Town Center just a short walk away.

Houlihan's was absolutely disgusting food. Beer was fine, but the food was a joke, like those loser restaurants on Gordon Ramsay. The tomato soup tasted like pasta sauce from a jar, my son's pizza was the cheapest crap of frozen bread with cheese and tomato sauce one could find, the alfredo was clammy and gross. Plus the waiter didn't know a thing about the menu, to food, or anything else. Service was slow and horrible - don't "eat" here.

I enjoyed the deluxe queen room, and the on-site restaurant.

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast in morning and fact we were upgraded from 2 Queen to a King size bed.

The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Breakfast good and selections very nice. Staff was courteous and helpful

Could have used more counter space in bathroom. Bathroom was on disrepair. Handicap rail in tub area was coming loose. One of the light fixtures over sink was not working and was missing a globe Some wallpaper was coming loose near outlet near left side of head of bed.

I loved the clean room and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect for quick highway access!
